Insimbi Ridge

Insimbi Ridge is a prominent 500-hectare logistics and light industrial precinct situated in Cato Ridge, KwaZulu Natal. This strategically located land is fully zoned and development ready. Noteworthy features include two direct offramps from the N3, a private rail terminal, more than 300,000 square meters of leasable logistics and commercial space, and integrated infrastructure designed to support the Durban Port expansion. Phase 1 construction is currently underway, with the complete project set to unfold gradually over the next two to three decades.
